“I did this tour and wow it was brilliant! Great fun. I thought I knew Dublin but I learnt loads. Would recommend this strongly” P Blair, Dublin
The expert commentary on this geology and architecture walking tour covers everything from cobbles and ‘crows feet’, to antique windows and sculpture. And all to the delighful accompaniment of Noel Purcell singing ‘Dublin Can Be Heaven’
Starting in the heart of Viking Dublin with the old city walls, our odyssey takes in a rare relic of Elizabethan Dublin, moving on to redbrick Georgian Dublin, to end at St Stephen’s Green with a little-known gallery of Irish marble.
Allow two hours for the full tour -- longer if you stop to visit places along the way.
Start: outside St Audoen's Church, High St
Finish: St Stephen's Green
An audio tour is very convenient -- you can take the tour any time you want, and even stop for a coffee along the way.
The audio download plays on any MP3 device, including many e-readers and phones, and comes with full-colour map and user guide.
