A legendary figure of American modern dance, Trisha Brown has pushed the boundaries of choreography to revolutionise dance. The evening features Set and Reset. In this Iconic work dancers slip fluidly around each other in a rippling swell of motion. The evening of repertory also includes the short, witty 'Early Works' Accumulation and Spanish Dance, and the mysterious and emotive For M.G:The Movie. The recently created Les Yeux et l'ame, a suite of dances from Rameau's opera Pygmalion, will complete this celebratory programme.

In I will try Alexander Andriyashkin talks almost constantly with the audience. No such thing as sitting quietly in the dark here, he really wants to know what you think of his dance. Sounds risky, but he's up for the challenge, Are you? + Dmitrijs GaitJukevich reckons he knows what a woman is looking for in a man. Girls' Dreams is a hilarious sketch of muscle-men, magicians and knights in shining armour that includes daring feats, a pair of very short shorts, and a soundtrack to match.
Quirky, humorous and interactive. More

In Rising, Odedra dances solos created for him by leading choreographers Russell Maliphant, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and Akram Khan, and one of his own works. Odedra's background in classical Indian dance forms and contemporary dance is explored differently in each dance to reveal his extraordinary quicksilver talents. Atmospheric, inventive lighting and richly varied music conjure four unique worlds that Odedra invites us to share.

This is a trad celebration of the shared musical traditions of the native-language communities in Ireland, Wales and Scotland. The whole gamut of the human condition is here: from achingly beautiful lullabies and heart-rending love songs to humorous tongue-twisters and macaronic mash-ups...
Siân James, born in a small Welsh-speaking village in Powys, has been hailed as the finest singer and harpist of her generation. Singing mostly in Welsh, she is a wonderful storyteller too, weaving tales and legends throughout the music and translating the lyrics as she goes.Steeped in the tradition More

Spectacular and full of mind-bending illusion, Apparition creates a sensuous symbiosis of humans and technology. Dazzling digital patterns of light and projected images interact with the performers as a third partner. Two outstanding dancers seem to exist beyond gravity and to move at impossible speeds. A leader in the field of new media and performance, Obermaier is a fearless experimentalist with a keen eye for entertainment.
A stunning and immersive, new media piece. More

With NowHere Divya Kasturi presents two works offering an insight into the vibrant traditions and new directions in South Asian dance. Darshan, rooted in classical Bharatanatyam, celebrates Indian theatrical stories in full traditional glory. Kasturi's latest work, NowHere, uses Bharatanatyam as a springboard to explore how her experience of being 'in between' the UK and India has formed her identity. NowHere uses live vocals and interactive video and audio technology to create an emtionally charged fusion of styles, sounds and images.
